Texas Restoration Group partners with independent, certified Mold Consultants who are brought in at two critical points in every project. Before work begins, the consultant conducts a thorough assessment to confirm that remediation is warranted and to define the scope of work. After remediation is complete, the consultant returns to perform post-clearance testing — verifying that all contaminants of concern have been properly removed, that interior air quality meets safe standards, and that the structure of the home is no longer at risk. This independent verification process protects you and ensures our work meets the highest professional standards.

An independent TDLR-licensed Mold Consultant inspects the property, collects air and surface samples, and confirms that remediation is needed. This protects you from unnecessary work and defines the exact scope.
